CSLB Work Experience Seminar Part 2

CSLB Work Experience Seminar Part 2

CSLB work experience seminar part 2 includes pictures from the meeting and the video taken by the CSLB. I’m in the front row wearing the blue shirt.

I asked at one point if every critical classification applicant would be required to provide additional verification documents. Rick Villucci didn’t exactly answer the question. But I got the feeling that the answer is yes. If you are applying for a critical classification, you WILL be asked to provide that additional experience.

  1. I just watched the entire seminar and after recognizing you I thought I would see if you had a response for how your question was answered / or not answered. After watching this seminar I had trouble understanding around the 40 minute mark the explanation given regarding the formula they use for experience based on sq. footage. The video or my connection made it hard to hear. Did they say that it would take approx 3200 sq ft of building experience utilizing framing and two other trades to qualify for one years worth of experience towards a General B lisc? Also near the end did I understand they require approx 1568 hours of work expereince of the same type to qualify for one year of experience? Any help in understanding these formulas would be appreciated.

    Thank you
